If any of you guys are fans of the NOLA scene, you may want to check this out:

Paranoize was/is a Zine published by everyone in Nola's good friend Bobby Bergeron. On his webpage he has TONS of old school NOLA metal and punk music that you CANNOT find ANYWHERE.

Before Crowbar was Crowbar, there was a band in NOLA called Shellshock; he has most of their demo's posted on there, as well as the first time Kirk Windstein played with them; which would later be the band known as Crowbar.

He also has a live show and demo's from 1986-1989 from a band called Crawlspace....

They would later become known as EYEHATEGOD.

He also has demo's of Ben Falgoust's (Soilent Green/Goatwhore) older bands Paralysis and Hangnail.

He also has pretty much every track recorded by Soilent Green with their original vocalist Glenn Rambo (RIP we miss you man!!)

And then there is also stuff from Hawg Jaw, Haate, Skab, Stressball,Graveyard Rodeo, and the mighty DULAC SUADE etc. Unfortunately, there is nothing on the site form the greatest nola band ever : EATABAGOFDICKS ( they had like 15 vocalists lol)

If you want to check out some of Nola's current acts, I would suggest Haarp, The Devil and the Sea, A hanging, Hawg Jaw, Outlaw Order, Suplecs, RAUM, and that's my contribution for the day.

Just got home, at 6:30 tonight I'm going to another party with my best friends. So I got home am sitting down and listening to 18 by Alice Cooper on repeat lol. Thanks man. I'll check this shit out and let you know what I think here in a bit.

I looked at the site for about 12 seconds hit recordings and saw that Trying is the First Step V/A sampler with 73 min of tunes for $3 and just hit order. Looking forward to getting that in the mail about the best music deal I've seen in a long time.
