Does anyone else do this?

I listen to Death Metal and Black Metal only at night.For some reason in the daylight it never sounds as good.I can listen to old punk rock or stoner rock in the day but usually DM and BM just sound better at night.

Not really, I just listen to whatever my mood dictates. I just skim through my iPod and see a playlist and think that'll do nicely - I just try to mix it up so nothing gets stale.

I do the Ipod shuffle monday through friday at work. With a 30 min drive to and from work its always metal loud as hell in the jeep. I am the only metalhead at home so it's give and take there.

Yup, same for me. I tend to be more in the mood for music at nights, though, but the music depends on my mood as well.

yeah, me too. Im in a Dream theater mood at the moment. Ive been listening to octavarium and train of thought all day.

You know, I tend to do that too, but then, I tend to listen to more music at night in general.

I listen to what I'm in the mood for. I notice I listen to more hair metal in the warmer seasons though...

I would never be able to notice something like that...
